A "seat" is any user who is a member of at least one workspace in your organisation. When you add or remove a user, we update your Razorpay subscription quantity automatically — proration is handled by Razorpay.
Your workspace stays viewable but switches to read-only mode. Once you upgrade or drop back under the limit, write access returns immediately.
Yes — the change can be made from the Billing settings. Upgrades (monthly → annual or Pro → Max) apply immediately with proration. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.
Yes. Razorpay generates GST-compliant invoices for all paid subscriptions and they appear in your Billing → Invoices page with a direct download link.
